The private terrace and hot tub were amazing after a long day of sightseeing. we couldn't ask for a better view.

The modern design of the room was visually striking.
My experience at the hotel was extremely frustrating. Upon checking in, I discovered that the promised parking was unavailable, forcing me to scramble for a public parking spot nearby. To make matters worse, the low water pressure in the shower made my bathing experience unsatisfactory, and a miscommunication regarding my laundry left me feeling accused and deeply upset.

Why I’m torn on this
Fantastic location in the heart of the city, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, welcoming us with fresh lemonade and providing excellent dinner recommendations.
Rooms felt smaller than expected, and some balconies face only neighboring walls, which can detract from the overall experience.

Super friendly staff who even stored our bags until check-in. Great location in the heart of Heraklion with easy access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, and the parking garage across the street was super affordable.
Our room faced the street, which was a bit noisy at times. It would have been nice to have more soundproofing.

the doors to the rooms are so flimsy, it’s like they expect us to use them for a gentle breeze. the breakfast orange juice was just tainted water, tasteless. I can't believe I didn't get a complimentary upgrade after all this nonsense. honestly, the staff should've anticipated my needs!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed our time, especially the coffee from the machine by the breakfast area. Staff offered great local dining advice, ensuring we savored the culinary delights of Heraklion. A quirky feature was the partition instead of a door in the bathroom. Future guests should request quieter rooms at the back.

missingWrote a review on Jun 20
The room featured a modern design that's visually striking, and the walk-in shower, despite its quirks, adds a nice touch. Location-wise, it’s nestled in the heart of the city, putting you within easy reach of eateries and shops that make exploring a breeze.
The breakfast, while decent, didn’t stand up to the culinary delights found all over, and I was left wishing for fresh orange juice instead of the standard fare. Limited space in the room was an issue with only one chair available and awkward bedside tables, making it hard to find spots for essentials like your phone or glasses. Parking's a hassle too. you’ll find no dedicated space and might end up in a public lot across the street. Good luck if it’s full when you arrive. Plus, depending on your room's orientation, you might get a lovely view of the building next door rather than the vibrant street scene. Lastly, water pressure in the shower was weaker than expected, making showers less refreshing.
